< Back "A Hidden Gem" Date: June 20, 2006 Reviewer: A TripAdvisor Member, Singapore Forget the location, forget the taxi cartel, forget the low carb diet. The Villa was a wonderful place to stay. This is high class B and B meets boutique hotel. All the advantages of a boutique with the feel of a private home. Managed by Vincent and his staff who seems to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Each is a concierge, porter, travel agent, waiter and conversationalist. Not forgetting Brutus, the resident pug, who lends an air of regal dogginess to the venue. Not for the infirm the Villa's entrance lies at the base of a majestic stair that passes up through the enchantingly designed gardens of property. < Back |
