			< Back "Island magic".. Date: July 31, 2006 Reviewer: A TripAdvisor Member, London We stayed at the Villa le Scale based on the Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed! Its setting and location are superb, away from the hordes that descend on Anacapri by bus during the day. But what makes it so special is the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere - you feel like you are in a private house. Vincent and the owner are charming and there to cater to your every need without being overbearing and the other staff there are just so accommodating. A real sense of serene happiness emanates from everyone here and you can't help but get caught up in it. Recommend Aurora for dinner in Capri and da Paolina under the lemon trees, although found the service a little brusque. Go to Capri early evening - it's cooler and the day trippers have gone. We took a boat trip with Marcello - swam in the grotto's and a car with driver round the island - both well worth it. < Back
